"On a lovely Friday evening we were looking for a restaurant where our party of six could sit outside however we had failed to make a reservation and we were getting quite hungry. When we came to Arturo’s on York Avenue, every table was taken and not surprisingly, we were asked if we had a reservation and we told the truth. However we must have looked pretty sad when we were told that it would be impossible to seat us, so the waiter told us if we waited for about twenty minutes, he’d find us a table in their outdoor heated dining area. He kept his word and we had an outstanding inner with lots of bread and appetizers! We all had excellent drinks from the bar snd delicious Italian specialties! We were impressed by their wonderful service snd their kindness of providing us with such a wonderful feast, even though we didn’t have a reservation!"
