"We had dinner here and loved everything about it. Food was so good, great wine options, very cute restaurant, and awesome service. Our server, Alex, was so helpful and made sure we had a great dinner. We will be back again soon!"
"Excellent spot for larger parties. Food is good and you will be satisfied, but is not anything to go rant about. Wish they had larger circle tables for larger parties too. Pizza was good (excellent pesto on the tie dye), chicken Milanese, meatballs, bone marrow pasta were the best of the dishes. Some other pastas and apps were just OK, but not disappointing. Overall, not a restaurant that will blow your socks off, but is a nice local spot for a large party vs a date spot and will be satisfied. Large space. Wait staff was incredible and very quick and attentive. Service top notch."
"We initially had a reservation at Misi, but due to AC issues they cancelled it last minute. We walked to Barano after the GM at Misi recommended their pastas. Easy to get in with a walk in for 6 people (although it was a bit on the earlier side - before 6pm). Happy hour deals until 6pm ($8 beer, $10 house wine + $12 cocktails) β I got the All Carb Diet (mezcal), which was good for one, a little milky for my liking. The pastas were solid, recommend the tagliatelle. Pizzas good to split as appetizers - the Nonna was closer to a deep dish style. Overall, good meal. Server was bubbly and entertaining."
"If you're on the hunt for some authentic Italian cuisine in Brooklyn, you don't have to look too far. Nestled in the heart of South Williamsburg is a humble Italian restaurant that begs to be discovered. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted with warm hospitality and an aroma of freshly baked pizza. Their mouthwatering specialties range from classic pasta dishes to crispy thin-crust pizzas and everything in between. What sets this restaurant apart is the attention to detail and high-quality ingredients. Each bite feels like a slice of Italy, and it's hard not to savor every last crumb. This restaurant truly captures the essence of what Italian cuisine should be, and it's no surprise that it's a crowd favorite in the community. If you're looking for a dinner spot to make your taste buds dance with joy, look no further than this Italian gem in South Williamsburg."
"Fantastic dinning experience in Williamsburg here! Everything from the kitchen to table quick as rock! Seafoods highly recommended so fresh just like come out to the water. Must try grilled octopus!! Pastas no.1 option is Bucatani nero! Plus they get gluten free versions for everything. The service is the best, friendly and attentive. Seating is so comfortable with good vide! Summer outdoor near waterside what can be more amazing! Kids friendly as well cause their pizzas are from stone oven with good quality ingredients. I will definitely come back and try out entire menu!!"
