"Spent $40 for Alfredo. I had them remove the chicken, and the broccoli but yet I was still willing to pay $40 for it….only to then be jipped out of the breadstick. I called and management don’t care. Don’t waste your money here. This photo…. THAT was worth $40?!?!? Nahhhhh you should have given me my breadstick and yall are wrong for that trying to cut corners to make an extra buck."

"Food and drinks are always great. However, this location gets very packed and the service takes forever. It’s disappointing the long waits for your food and drinks. I also do not enjoy much the atmosphere at this place. I visit it because it’s close to me."

"Stopped here for a bite on my way home. Discovered they had unlimited wings and it was awesome. I started with the honey BBQ and then chose the honey pepper ones after. I was not disappointed. I also got the 5 dollar tipsy sunset. If you want a buzz that's the drink for you. I didn't take a picture of the honey pepper wings because I ended up taking them home. I was too stuffed from the wings, fries, and drink. It's definitely worth the price."

"So we decided to have lunch at our community Applebee's. The hostess had a whole conversation with her colleague while we patiently waited to be seated. Once we were seated our waiter Priniqua said she would give us 5 mins. We said okay thank you. When she returned we began to order our food. So she said "drinks first" but it was her tone of voice we all looked at her. That was the okay that she has an attitude.She looked extremely tired and I guess it caused her poor service. When our drinks were brought to us they were okay. We said thank you again and she never responded. Now... When my appetizer came the dipping sauces were spilled over everything she never asked if I wanted a new one, she just walked away. I was like okay. So we picked over it, it didnt taste fresh. So we didn't finish it. When the food came for the rest of the party one of them enjoyed their meal which was the blackened tilapia, mash potatoes with broccoli. Which was the best dish on our table. The other meal was chicken tenders and fries which taste frost bitten. As we continue to observe the environment the employees looked unhappy to be there. We caught one of them rolling their eyes when elderly customers next to us asked for things. There was a code on the bathroom door which was a bit annoying. I assume that's so non customers aren't able to use it. She asked us when we were about leave she asked was everything okay? We said yes. We could tell she hesitant to ask us. When it was time to leave she placed the bill on the table. It took a little time to get her attention. I paid the bill and still tipped her. I believe it's time for the manager to watch the video and see how employees interact with the customers. We will not be returning to our local Applebees."

"I dined in at this location during the evening hours and it was a pleasant experience. The waiters are friendly and attentive with a sense of urgency. The music was good at this location but they do not offer WiFi access. Overall I had a good experience. Our food was delicious fresh and we got it very fast which is always a nice thing when you are hungry. Thanks to the waitress her name was Ashanti for her good service we appreciate you . No COVID precautions no temperature checks for customers however you are required to have face mask upon entering and all staff is required to wear face masks."
