"I received terrible service today, . The person that was supposed to be helping me kept leaving me to assist others. This went on for over an hour. I purchased 1 pair of Naturino Snip shoes for $96. I checked the price online from my car. Naturino charges $79 for the same shoe with free shipping. It is on sale on multiple sites because it is a shoe from November 2021. I immediately asked for a refund. As per store policy, I could only have a credit or exchange. Although refunds are offered on purchase through their website. I highly recommend you check all prices online before ever making a purchase at this store. They charge above retail."
