"Order online if possible. They don’t stand by the 30 day capezio return policy which is stated online even if they messed up and gave you the wrong item. Don’t try to dance in any shoes to ensure it fits because if you have one crease from trying on the shoes they will screw you out of the money even if you try and exchange the shoe without using it for classes. Christine the manager was horrible and may no effort to accommodate this situation meanwhile she knew it was their mistake."
