"Hidden gem serving authentic Japanese cuisine at affordable prices. We shall return. Thank you so much."
"Food: To be honest, the lunch box was alright. It comes with gyoza, rice, California roll salad and your choice of meat. I chose the chicken tempura but it tasted rather bland and boring on its own. Usually it comes with sauce but there wasn’t any so I used the sauce from the gyoza. The gyozas weren’t my favorite. They were rather hard on the outside. The salad is just a lettuce and dressing, pretty normal; like the rice. And I have no complaints on the California rolls. Drinks/ service : So my friend ordered bubble tea and when it arrived, she tried it and immediately said “ I don’t like this. We all took turns around the table taking sips, I was last. I looked at them confused because it tasted fine to me just a bit like condensed milk. But the after taste hit. It tasted like spoiled milk. I didn’t want to assume it was spoiled milk but we all unanimously agreed it tasted like spoiled milk. I asked the waitress to take it back and instead of trying it herself she said, “no one complains about our bubble tea, maybe you just don’t like bubble tea.” I may not drink bubble tea a lot but I think I know what SPOILED MILK tastes like. She eventually asked what we wanted to do and just asked for water in exchange. When she went back to the kitchen we could hear her yelling but we couldn’t understand what she was saying. We could just make out certain words and had a feeling she was talking about us since we were the only ones in the establishment. I don’t want to assume but we could tell she wasn’t exactly pleased. Would I come here again? I don’t think it would be worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone who is trying a Japanese restaurant/ experience for the first time."
"The guy who makes sushi at the front doesn’t wear mask when he is making the food, sashimi are not that fresh, and u can taste it like it’s been there for long time, and the part of the meat they gave me I couldn’t bite down at all!! This is the only one sushi store in my neighborhood and didn’t have good experiences at all, Wong spend money there any more"
