"0/10. Manager (spanish lady mid 40s-50s with glasses) made my return more difficult than what it needed to be. She told me to her the order # from customer service. I told her I don’t live nearby about 30 minutes away. I was on the phone with customer service, got the order # and receipt and when I came back she wasn’t there. The assistant manager (an old white guy) showed lack of empathy for my situation and failed to contact the manager to confirm what she told me. Mediocre workers, do better."

"Next to the Gap and Oshkosh. Better prices and Selection overall. Store was pretty messy, stuff all over the place. Some of the items I thought was on sale, wasn't. Was told that they were in the wrong place, so too bad. Bought extra stuff for the holidays. Staff was rude and looked overwhelmed. Convenient to get to by bus, car or subway."
