"I’m pretty sure the Hub earned my business anytime I need work gear. The gentleman on the sales floor gave us a comfortable amount of space but was close enough when we needed help and very knowledgeable. It sounds silly to mention that but some people in sales really know how to invade your space and this guy was super chill and I like that. I bought the boots I needed and then the girl at the counter couldn’t have been nicer. Gave me a free pair of socks, hat, and 10% discount without even asking. The Hub really made my day. Super clean, super nice, great prices, quality gear; couldn’t ask for more."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I cannot stress this enough. The HUB is a joke and impossible to deal with. We purchased work boots from this location and the boots started falling apart a few months after wear. We called The HUB to see if we could get a new pair through the warranty. They gave us the run-around, made us take pictures and email it to them, then they said they’d let us know if we could exchange them. Eventually, we were told we could only come in to exchange them on a certain day and a certain time. After much back and forth, we were able to exchanged them. They didn’t seem too happy about it though. Five months later, those boots are now also falling apart. The stitching on the back part of the boot by your ankle came out. We went back to the store to exchange them and were told we wouldn’t be able to because it had been too long since they were purchased. It had been almost seven months since they were purchased, but had been falling apart well before then. Mind you, life is really busy right now and the store is about an hour away, one way, so this was the first opportunity we had to return to the store. They gave us the run-around again saying only the owner can make the decision and she wouldn’t be there until a certain day/time. Apparently they called the owner and she denied the exchange because it had been over 6 months. We were also told that boots are only meant to last 6 months…..are you kidding me?! $150 boots that only last 6 months?? Who has that kind of money to spend on work boots every year?! Mural of the story…save yourself the time, money and headache of dealing with this business and the uncooperative, cranky people that work there. Very unprofessional and unaccommodating."

"Shop local! Great options for outdoor work clothing. Large selection of men's options, smaller selection of women's clothing and women's boots, but there are options! No women's pants though, just women's work shorts. Decent price points for all things."

"Always great service here. All the guys in my family view this as the go to place for boots, Carhartt, most any kind of work gear they need. This is a "get what you pay for" store. You'll pay, but you'll absolutely get your money's worth. My husband has bought shirts here that structurally still look pretty new even though I know they're at least 5 years old. I say structurally because ya know, fish blood, truck oil,etc lol."
