"I got measured for my suit in NYC, but the original fit I received was horribly wrong, including the jacket, pants, and vest... Thankfully Brian at the Brick, NJ location was able to get my proper measurements and get me all new fittings in less than 24 hours. My suit now fits perfectly. Thanks again, Brian!"

"Saved my bacon big time! Drove from Philly to Bay Head for a wedding that started at 5:00 on 9/16, went to put on my suit at 3:45 only to realize the pants were missing! (they were on the sidewalk back home, must have fallen off the hanger as I walked to the car). Found this store, zipped over, got a new pair of pants and was able to make the wedding by 5:00. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the sales rep, but he really came through an matched me up with pants that I actually like better than the original ones. Thank you for helping me out of a jam, you guys came through big time!"

"Worst experience ever getting my groomsmen suit!!! Got fitted for a suit in March for a wedding in the end of August and explained to them that I was losing weight and maybe I should go for a smaller size but was told to get fitted for my current size and that I will be able to exchange anything I need to down the road and to not worry and come back in May for my final fitting. Fast forward to May and my suits loose on me and my dress shirt is way oversized on me and I explained that I'm still losing weight and was told a smaller shirt will be ordered and to come back in the beginning of July for the final fitting. July comes around and I go in for the final fitting and get told to come back in the beginning of August for my final fitting instead. So today comes around and I go in for my final fitting and my dressshirt is humongous on me now and I asked about the smaller shirt I was promised and I was told that they aren't able to get the shirt anymore and my only option was to pay $65 for a shirt that doesn't fit me or order a shirt that's a different color than the rest of the wedding party and was told "don't worry about it no one will notice it including the bride" I was shocked when I was told that! This was a horrible experience all around and I will make it a point that any future wedding parties I am part of never does any business with men's wearhouse."

"The only reason for a 1 star review was the tailor expedited my suit pants repairs. I am a young adult who works hybrid and decided to go to the Brick location on my day at home. I was immediately judged based on my appearance as soon as I arrived. I spoke with a woman on the phone who told me I can come in to get the 3 stitching to fix my pants zipper. The women at the counter treated me like garbage and another employee questioned why I went to Brick instead of the place I bought the suits from. After leaving I returned a few days later coming from work in a suit.... Needless to say I was treated much better. The same woman who helped me both times ended our conversation with "I did you a favor by helping you out." Well I'm doing YOU A FAVOR by writing an honest review. I know for the future to trust reviews over word of mouth and you just lost another customer."
