"The worst experience going to this Honda Part for purchasing a small part. They gave me the wrong part. The staffs are not helpful at all and lies on the face. I went to return the part as it was the wrong one and they told me that there is a no return policy although it had not been even 3 days of purchase date. I have the invoice date of 01/27/2024 and went to return the part as soon as the store opened on monday 01/29/24. Please avoid this honda parts as much as possible."

Update on our Honda Civic: We brought our car to our local mechanic who fixed the problem (our odometer reading did not appear on the screen) in less than 20 minutes, for a nominal fee. My advice for using Plaza Honda Service: Caveat Emptor (Let the buyer beware)."
