"I had my truck undercoated, windows tinted and had a Bakflip cover installed the week I bought my truck. I dropped off my truck while I was on vacation. The work was done as promised and all looked good. Due to my work schedule, I had them leave the truck locked and I picked it up after hours. So it was not until over a month later that I first used the full bed of the truck and needed to open up the BakFlip cover completely. At this time I noticed that one of the support rods was missing. It was never installed. I called Pete and he said to email photos of what is missing. I did not get an answer for weeks. Pete stated that the first email didnt go through because of issues with the photos not being in the right format. I sent updated images the next day and it took a few weeks to hear back from Pete again. He called and left a message while I was at work. At this time, he instructed me to contact BakFlip directly. I was not expecting this since it was a piece left off the original installation and should have been included. I would have thought that Line-x would stand behind their work and offer to get the replacement part or find the one that never got installed or at least a credit. I was disappointed on the slow response and their telling me to contact the manufacturer directly after so long. I did contact BakFlip support and never heard back from them at all. Because I am not able to use my phone at work except for break times and I work until 5, email or text is my main mode of communication. It felt like once they were done and had my payment for all the work, I was less important as a customer to Line-x. I ended up just looking up the part on BakFlips website and ordering it myself. It was a $12 dollar part! From the reviews, I expected a better overall customer experience."

"Great overall work. Bed liner came out very nice. I was worried about overspray on my white truck but the truck came back clean. They are a little tough to get hold of both via the website and phone. After multiple try’s I got an appointment."
