"Way to small and crowded once waited over 2o mins for a coffee and 2 bagels after I Mobile ordered it 15 mins prior ! 100 unacceptable!"

"i totally disapoint, i ordered an ice late with extra shot, but the guy who did not know how make the drink just get my milk with half of the expresso, i request again because i saw him to doing and they didnt do. its not the first time, in other time they spent 10 minutes to make my drink, the same guy lost the ticket and did not care about people. what kind of customer service they have here. i preffer the one in madison avenue who has better customer service and people know what they doing."

"I love the clean atmosphere of this place. I think they could use more help in the mornings although there are usually 3-4 people working in the morning it's still not enough. The orders get backed up, place gets overcrowded, sometimes they forget to fill an order. They're very nice and pleasant they just need to hire more help for the mornings, I'm not sure how it is in the afternoon hopefully less hectic than the morning shift."

"Great place that has cool on tap coffee. The manager really cares about the customers and shows great customer service and leadership skills. From what I’ve seen, he’s out there working with his employees rather than stuck in an office like many managers. Another employee is Ismail who went treated me right twice. A great Dunkin’ location with a great staff"
