"2 star for food and 1 star for service is, today is the last time I am buying from them. I ordered for almost $100 today and just asked for mango chutney in small containers, they called me to say that they have to charge extra for one tiny container of mango chutney!! Other restaurants usually give mango chutney free. Such a cheap customer service!!! Moreover quantity is very low for high priced food. Don’t recommend at all."
"I mostly avoid non-Vegan places especially in large cities with so many vegan options. However since there seem to be no fully vegan Indian restaurants in NYC, I made an exception. Had the aloo gobi. Rice and bread portions were good size but the aloo gobi itself could be a bit bigger. Everything tasted fresh. There’s a clean bathroom. Staff is friendly and seems knowledgeable about what’s vegan. Prices are decent and there’s a separate section of the menu with the vegan items. I’ll probably come back to try more things at some point whenever I’m craving Indian food. I can’t speak to the authenticity of the food since I’m not Indian and have never been to India, but it was good enough for me. I don’t rate non-vegan restaurants 5 stars anymore, otherwise it would have gotten 5."
"OMG!!! Never had Indian food before, so can't compare. But this is the best culinary experience I've had in years. The hostess Fatima and staff were amazing, Fatima helped us choose our foods. The off menu specials were off the wall great. I can't stop raving at everyone about this place."
"The food was excellent and affordable! It tasted very similar to Nandos just slightly different flavors: the staff are very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is as also cozy in the evenings."
"The smallest of their locations that I've visited but the foods great. A lot of flavor in there, my girlfriend loves their impossible meat dishes. We've had a lot of their dishes and the korma curry is her favorite. I ordered the impossible jalfrezi which was great but spicy, even for me and I have a high tolerance. The place is small though so I'd recommend checking out one of their other locations if you're looking for a bigger party"
