Dunkin'

"One of the most unprepared and unprofessional establishments in the chain. They open at six and most times by 615. The door is still not open and if it is they have nothing ready and they’re barely set up. I am here at 6:30 and they barely have donuts and told me that I have to wait till I get my bagel toasted."

"Avocado with bacon toast was fine. However unlike other Dunkin Donuts locations I’ve been to, this place did not gave me napkins with my order nor did I see any napkins on the counter."

"I placed my order and my order was prepared. When I went to pay I was racially profiled and ignored for another customer who walked in after me of a Caucasian background. When I made the statement "May you complete servicing me as a customer", the staff rudely told me "Get Out". This place of business needs proper customer service skills training, basic English understanding, and pronciacian courses for their employees. I had difficulty communicating with all the staff in basic English due to their pronciacian challenges. I don't think they comprehend English very well either. As I left, I decided to go further down the street to another Dunkin location where I received superb service from the staff in comparison to this location. 2258 1st Ave., New York, NY 10035 Dunkin is a hundred times better than 147 E 116th St, New York, NY 10029 Dunkin location."

"I tried to go in and order Ice cream but the employee there refused to serve me too busy repeating how he is out of Halloween candy. I am a grown woman trying to order, but apparently because I'm in a costume he can't be bothered to even take my order. Just serve your customers when they get on line please. Don't be a rude jerk."

"Fresh, Quick, Buuuuutttt... Let me explain. You can get everything you need, however this location turns l tends to have a few people asking for help. They can be a bit aggressive as well (especially if you look like you got it). Besides that, this really is an amazing location with great staff."
