"If you feel like coffee in New York City I would recommended this coffee chain! They always have a great coffee and you can get as well a small bite! I fell in love with their cheesecakes! I was in few of their shops and to be honest each single one is great! If you care about high quality of the products you must visit this place! I am sure you will not regret!"

"Overall rating: 4.8 I feel so sad for the low ratings that had creepy service. I’ve been coming here for years when I’m in the area. I only get the Nutella Fitzgerald. Great place for working, people keep to yourself. I did one time go to the EV one with a Starbucks cup & got denied service. That store location ended up closing! Ha. Recommend to get some coffee, but then leave. Servers are fresh out of college. Don’t expect high service."

"Great place to work with 2 hours of internet included with purchase. Tons of seating as well which makes it great to work at. A bit expensive but aren’t all coffee places. They have juice and smoothies as well."

"6:50 pm on Sunday Nov 12. The guy behind the counter was being gross and rude. Since we walked through the door he asked how we were, we said we were fine, asked him how he was, then he said he’d be better when we decided and ordered and stopped standing around. We didn’t even have a line behind us. We were with two friends who are tourists and don’t speak English. We said: just a minute, we’re figuring out the language barrier. He replied: “Oh I was born here so I guess there’s a language barrier too”. Ha-ha. He kept making fun of their accents and correcting them whenever they said words like “milk” or “chocolate”. He kept pressuring them to order even when they had issues understanding what to order. We were translating and he made snarky comments about it. They wanted to pay and we were offering to pay instead, he got angry and said: move and do rock, paper, scissors and cash app later or something. Very disgusted by this type of attitudes. When called out he said “I’m just a jokester”. Don’t think you are as funny as you think you are, bud. I feel bad for your coworkers that have to deal with you the whole shift. Hopefully you’re never in the same situation when you feel as uncomfortable as you made us feel."
