"I like the Bean, especially because of friendly staff and affordable prices. Coffee here is average, and you can pick many vegetarian options. It's one of my favorite breakfasts - bagel with cream cheese and salmon. Unfortunately, last time when I tried it, bread was like a stone, and it was impossible to bite it. I'm not sure if it is because of the kind of bagel or because it was from yesterday, but could you please change a bagel for it softer version?"

"The unfriendliness of the service staff during ordering was striking from the very beginning. There were three girls behind the bar who were moving and doing something, with such a face as if they were doing me a huge favor by taking my order. One of them was the closest to us, visitors, showing unshaven armpits under her arms with hair sticking together from sweat... It was all together disgusting, disgusting and put me in a stupor, as it was the most disgusting service in all the years of living in New York. .... And I just returned from a vacation in Europe and wanted to drink coffee "at home"... the coffee turned out to be dirty-colored water with milk, although I ordered black.
