"Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in a store. The employees ignore you and when you ask for help they act like you're inconveniencing them. Each employee that we encountered barely even looked up from whatever they were doing. We went to the jewelry department to exchange a piece we purchased, the worker completely ignored us, didn't ask if we needed help and just turned her back to us even though we had approached her. When i finally did get her attention again I said hello and she responded and again turned her back... how clueless. I then had to say excuse me can you help us to which she said yes with an attitude and barely even wanted our receipt. She didn't try to save the sale, last i checked you want to SELL as a jewelry employee. Well, needless to say we didn't exchange or pruchase and just got our money back. Never shopping here again. It's no wonder this particular location and mall is turning into a ghost town."

"I haven't been to this mall in at least 15 years! what a change from what I remember, but the one thing I have to say is that the JCP is definitely a good edition. their Levi's shop alone is worth visiting men's, women's and their kids department is great... definitely worth a trip."
