"I had called to see if anyone there can help me put my line onto my reel since I’m new at fishing. An employee named Ethan had answered & told me to come on down. Not only did he show me how to properly put my line on the reel, he also explained & went into detail with me about the knots & showed me how to do for the next time. Showed me great patience & great customer service. I recommend if anyone is new with fishing & YouTube don’t work to explain stuff go see my guy Ethan, thorough guy!"
"On Wednesday, October 4 was checking online for a pair of Michael Jordan sneakers. I noticed that the Woodbridge store in Nj which is a hour and 20 mins from Philadelphia store had one pair in a size 14 that is very hard to come by. I call the store talk to the staff at the store after checking with the sneaker dept they said they had them I ask could they hold them for me . They said yes . I was able to make it to the store. Try them on and purchased the sneakers a store with this great customer service staff I was greatly appreciative of what they did for me if they're ever in Philadelphia cheesesteaks over me."
"I visited this location tonight, at 8pm and I’d like to start of by saying that the store is absolutely beautiful and laid out very well. I walked in and I passed by four employees and not one asked me if I needed help. By the time I got to the second floor in the soccer section I asked a young guy for pricing on a pair of cleats that wasn’t marked and he was very polite. He left and for about 15 minutes not one employee in sight, and not many customers in the store. I walked down to the other side and asked two employees standing next to each other for help. One said he would call someone over to the shoe section. When I got to the section, no one was there but i saw I Jeff walking by and I asked him for help and he actually took the time out to help me. The cleats that I wanted was not marked correctly but he got to the bottom of it and helped me get the correct size. He later saw me downstairs and even followed up with me to ask if I found everything okay. That’s professionalism. Jeff and the young man with the glasses in the soccer section were both very helpful. But when I got to register the young lady ringing me up was extremely unprofessional. It was about 8:50, there was no one behind me on line. Denissa rang me up, asked if I wanted to use my $10 discount, I said yes. She asked if I would be paying cash or card. I explained that I have an e gift card and had a problem figuring out how to pull it up. She rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed and starting chatting with her coworkers behind her. Two young men, and another young lady name Gabby. I apologized for the inconvenience and my ignorance for not knowing how to pull up the card. She then starts to complain to her coworkers that she wants to hurry up and close because they’re responsible for straightening up after the store is closes, then proceed to complain about what time she will be getting home tonight after leaving work so late. Just overall very inconsiderate of how she would make me feel as possibly the last customer in the store. I completed my transaction at 8:57 three minutes before closing. Again there was no one else on the line so I couldn’t understand her rude attitude. After I finished paying I asked if she could please pump the soccer ball that I just purchased and she responded “what do you mean” I repeated that the ball needs air and that the young man upstairs said that the cashiers would pump it for me at checkout. She looked at me if I disgusted her by asking her to put air in the ball. Gabby walked over and took the ball and started pumping. I appreciate her effort but even she seem to have a bit of an attitude. She asked me to put my cart back and I did, but with two bags in my hand, and my phone in the other I was unable to put the cart back correctly. She walked over with a disgusted look on her face and slammed the cart in and looked at me as if I kissed her off. Overall the checkout experience really ruined my visit to this place. I couldn’t believe how I was made to feel…. I can’t remember going to an establishment with kids that were so rude and unprofessional. Just totally uncalled for… Both young Ladies need to be retrained and taught to be respectful towards paying customers"
"Great store with a variety of teams and sizes BUT gotta be a little more clean. Dressing room was very nasty and there is a gate above you as your dressing. Not clean or comfortable as far as dressing room."
"What stands out at this stocked, clean Dick’s is the service: we are always helped by knowledgeable and attentive employees. The staff here are top rate: personable, approachable, and energetic. They’re why we return when we need gear."
