"Went here for the 5th or 6th time tonite. You should get the Omakase. There are 3 variations on omakase so just pick one. Delicious. Creative sushi, great service, sake is a bit overpriced but it is NYC."

"What an absolute gem this place is! Came pre-show and had the best time. The food was all incredible (we ate lots of rolls). The staff were so attentive and friendly. Having overheard my friend wish me a happy birthday, unprovoked they brought me a delicious matcha ice cream desert with a candle and the whole place sang. It was so nice. Will always come back here! Thank you!!!"

"Yes, Sushi of Gari 46 is very expensive, especially if you get the signature omakase. However, the quality and taste of what you get is incredible. Ingredients are top notch and the preparation and presentation are outstanding. It is a special and rare treat. Service is fine and the decor is nothing too impressive, but their sushi is so very good. Even something as simple as a tuna roll, just melts in your mouth."

"This place is quality. Really great food at reasonable (for NYC) prices. Everything was done to perfection. I didn’t order omakase because I thought it would be too much food but I ended up over-ordering anyway because the menu sounded so good. Def going back. Soon."
