"My son and his fiancee and my husband and I visited the Flatbush Ave. store yesterday afternoon and were attended to by Leo. My husband had viewed the online reviews for this store and the Austin St. store and found many customer complaints on the subject of customer service. Some customers were treated very poorly while others just criticized the inattention by staff, among other things. Our family is pleased to contradict any such criticism, though I’m sure others may have had their reasons. Leo was impressively patient with us, leaving us time to discuss our opinions and knowledgeably informing us of choices we could explore among the items he offered for our son’s upcoming wedding. Two other staffers also appropriately offered support to Leo’s thoughts on our choices too. We felt so well taken care of, with excellent guidance and no pressure. Leo responded to our choices with multiple alternatives and we ended up following his professional advice because he really knew what he was doing and made us look better than we would have had we been on our own. Thank you, Leo, and we hope others will have the opportunity to have him serve them too."

"Stood around to be serviced until I walked up to a worker on the floor doing something..who paused to serve us..nice of him and he was very knowledgeable and patient with my cousin..who was in a wedding and needed everything..from fitting, picking out which this and that then shoes.. men can be so annoying to shop with but I loves my cuzo!! Very clean store and busy!!"

"The quality of their products are great; I have no complaints. Their customer service is disgusting - a complete turn off. I've visited this story a few times and they don't smile - ever. They are always short staffed. They don't greet you when you come into the store or walk-up to the counter to pay for your items. If you're able to track someone down to ask for assistance they act as if you are bothering them. I rented a Tuxedo and was unable to get someone on the phone to tell me the status of my order. There is NO EXCUSE for this - even in Brooklyn."

"i think there may have been a miscommunication between the person i spoke to about my alterations and the tailor. i think they may have chose to err on the side of conservation when cutting but i really needed them to take off more than what they did and now it's too late to go back and get it fixed. will have to get by with hemming tape until i can get my alterations done elsewhere."
