"Came to this location to try to find retirement party decorations only to find out they had very limited stock. And only one style. Kind of disappointed. Also was looking for birthday decorations for an adult guy didn't find too much during my visit. My cashier was friendly. But definitely wish they had more variety."

"This place is great for most party needs. The balloon selection is really cool, and I would say it is the best feature of the store. There are plenty of costumes and accessories to pick from. If you have the time to look around. It is worth it."

"Just went to party fair at 7:15 pm and I need about 50 small size latex balloons.. the girl at the register said she couldn’t because they were about to close. It was only 7:25 they close at 8pm. That was a bit absurd. Never going to the party fair again."

"Horrible customer service!! So disappointed coming to this location. I drove 35 minutes here to place an order for delivery for balloons for my Baby Shower that was coming up… and never received my ordered. They told me they had a two hour window they would be delivered from 10am-12pm. By 3:00 the DAY OF no one had even tried to contact me to let me know they weren’t getting delivered. I had to call the store multiple times just to get the run around. By 4:30 AFTER my baby shower had already started I had to call them again since the manager Steve did not call me back like he said, just for them to tell me they still could not find someone to deliver my balloons and I would need to come pick them up myself. I was so upset and had no time to drive 35 minutes when I had a shower that already started. So I never winded up getting my balloons I was so excited for. This was so unprofessional and the only apology I got was from one of the young cashiers who helped me the day I came in. Now they tell me I need to drive all the way back to them if I want to get a refund back to my card just ridiculous. I will definitely not be coming back to this location or giving them anymore of my money, I recommend you go somewhere else if you have an event you’re needing things delivered to."
