"Excellent customer service. I purchased a Marcato Atlas 150 pasta maker from a small local retailer. I then attempted to purchase the linguini attachment from her then Amazon finding the product had an issue and were not currently being sold. I had an idea to contact Marcato directly to see when they would be available. I received an email from Harold Imports that they were expected to be available in April but they would be happy to send me an alternative— at no cost to me. A couple of emails later I received a Trenette cutter in the mail. Rolled the pasta to 8 and viola ! Looks like linguini to me. I would like to shout out to Lisa Nardone who was very helpful in the transaction."
