"As a customer of Culinary depot for our county project. We ordered several pieces of large commercial equipment in 2021. Stackable Double oven, 10 burner stove, 60 quart floor mixer, commercial ice maker, countertop 7 quart mixer, hobart food cutter, food slicer, prep table. After months of tracking them and holding them accountable for the equipment we were promised installation to only double oven, 10 burner stove, 60 quart floor mixer, because the ice machine and food cutter are on backorder. Finally installation day came and they only installed the 10 burner stove, after showing up an hour late, sat down for dinner and wasted a lot of time in-between, on the county's time and taxpayers money. They will need to come back to finish installing the rest of the equipment, but of course the weekend is here and we probably won't see them until next week and make my staff work around their incompetence. I highly recommend you use another company for your appliance and installation needs as this company. I had to give them 1 star in order to post this review, otherwise I would not give them any stars as they DO NOT DESERVE IT!!!!!"
