"Very good, no-frills new Japanese/ sushi spot in the Pascack Valley. Sushi is fresh and creative, with almost every item we've tried being a winner. Portions are generous and the non-sushi dishes are prepared well. Prices are reasonable for the area and quality/quantity. The bubble tea offerings are similarly inventive and tasty, if pricier comparatively to the sushi."

"Ordered takeout tonight and my family enjoyed it. Sushi rolls were tasty and well made. Soup was enjoyable and the hibachi platter was ample for two of my children (6&8). Service was excellent and staff was pleasant. Looking forward to next time !"

However, I got the chicken and shrimp hibachi, which was basically three small morsels of chicken and three shrimp with the tail on. I most certainly won’t be going back. The Chinese spot next food has chicken and shrimp lunch combo with fried rice and soup for $9.75. Double the portions and fresh. I just wanted to give them a try."

"We tried out Superior Sushi the other night and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the edamame, kani salad, salmon platter, kani sushi, salmon sushi, agedashi tofu, and filet mignon hibachi with rice. All were delicious, were an appropriate size, and fresh. For dessert we had vanilla ice cream, fried Oreos, and fried vanilla ice cream. The staff was also helpful and attentive. We'll come back to try the other menu items."

"This place just opened and I was pretty excited to see it. It's not a typical hibachi place like a Kiku or Mt fuji. Cooking is done in the back. I ordered some sushi and hibachi and I was pleased. The chef did a nice job and I'll be back. Normally new places are loaded with mistakes and the food is meh but not here which means they will only get better. Staff was nice and being new the place is spotless. New lunch spot."
