"Absolutely horrendous experience from top to bottom. No resolution after speaking/waiting on hold for grand total of 8 hours and counting (on hold now…)! Spoke with 5 customer service representatives and 3 managers all who had no idea where my order is. Each individual gave me a different story whether it be new system causing delays, package is on truck, and my personal favorite we don’t know what’s going on… we need to reach out to our warehouse. Finally over it. Can’t justify spending $1,600 on pots and pans for this level of service. Requested refund. Promised 7-10 days. Going on 2-3 weeks… no refund. For all the praise surrounding Le Creuset I expected this process to be effortless. Absolutely absurd… I will never purchase a product with this company."
