"I am in My 60s and have worn hats since I was 9 years old. I have sent emails, left voicemails, tried to visit, left my email address, left my phone number, waited outside, and tried to contact anyone connected with this hat shop. I have yet, years later, to see what kinds of hats they have and whether they had a 7 1/8" fedora. At this point, I have given up. I would give them zero stars except for the fact that you must check at least one star on the review will never get logged. If they actually Do help you and you get to buy a nice hat, please do not tell me! I am from Phoenix Arizona and have a brother living in the area. I try Every time I visit him but sadly, I have given up. Paul says Thumbs Down for this Hat Shop! Madison however, is a beautiful town and the people here are very friendly! I wish I could afford living on the East Coast! You folks are Truly Blessed!"

"My father dropped a hat off for repair in March of this year and has called, emailed, and stopped by several times since then with no luck. He's just trying to get his hat back at this point but no one returns calls or emails. No one is ever there. We are very frustrated and disappointed. EDIT 11/8/22: My father was able to finally pick his hat up this past weekend and is pleased with the work done as well as the cost. Updating from 1 star to 3 stars."

I did not know what kind of hat I wanted or needed or even if it will look good on me she showed me a few different styles and types. Then a decision was made and I'm very happy with my purchase and will be back for another great hat. Thank you"

"Do not bring your own hats here for fitting or cleaning services. Came here to have a hat I got for Christmas fitted - I am from out of town and was happy to find a local store I could visit. Their website says they offer fitting and cleaning services but the owner was incredibly rude and I walked out without having my hat fixed. I was so put off by her rude attitude I would not return to purchase a hat from her in the future."
