"The shop opens at 9am on Saturday. I arrived at 9:15 and the blinds were down, lights on, and a man was in the back. He repeatedly made eye contact and ignored me. I knocked and called, but both were ignored. 3 other customers came and left in the 20 minutes I waited. I can understand being in the middle of something you can’t stop (gluing), but this crosses into bad customer service and there were clearly times where the man wasn’t doing anything and didn’t bother to acknowledge customers. In the time I waited, I could have gone to other shops in Summit or Morristown, and did just that after I left."
"I arrived at 9 AM, when the store opens, and even though there was someone inside they left me outside in the rain for 15 minutes. Rude! There are other other cobbler’s in the area, I will use them."
