"The staff in the store is very helpful. The store has great finds but beware of online orders. They mess up the orders, half of my items didn't come and I had to reach out for a credit which I waited over a month and still don't have a reconciliation of what they credited. The online customer service tries to be nice but can't answer the questions about where the order is or when the credit will get to your card. The app is the worst. It times out all the time and closes in the middle of an order. Best to shop in store where everyone is knowledgeable and helpful."

"I’m so glad I stopped in this store after work before I head home. It was very good sales for the Black Friday and boy ole boy did I save. The associate Victoria here in the East Hanover store went above and beyond to help me pick out some really cute handbags and shoes. She also gave me an extra 10 percent off on top of the many discounts already on the things just by me trying to apply for a Saks card. Of course it was a no for the card but she still helped me save . Thanks good good girlfriend . Lol"

"Prices aren’t great. This place is usually dead for a reason. Way better deals at Nordstrom Rack down the road. They also have strange discounts. Their red tag items aren’t really that great of a deal, see picture, it’s honestly sad. Also, their holiday return policy is not the same as Saks. They denied a return which would have been ok at the regular Saks. Just double check the return policy. And double check the items that are on sale, to make sure you are getting a good price."
