"I just want to let you know do you have a wonderful sales lady there named Joanna first and foremost let me just tell you I traveled 50 miles just to come to you guys because I'm having a party in Washingtonville New York. Joanna was very helpful and wonderful I'm celebrating my husband and I was 25th anniversary and I was a little lost and I had no idea what to do so Joanna help me interacted me and I told her my color theme and she just knew what to do and everything that she showed me was great. So I just want to give a shout out to Joanna if anybody needs help go to her and I'm sure everybody else is wonderful there but I experienced a wonderful customer experience"

"Truly one of the best experience I had at any party city. I was going to order online since I wanted the balloons to be deliver and am so glad that I went into the store while still being able to have it deliver. Jenna was so great to work with. She greeted us when we worked in and provided excellent service from beginning to end. My niece and nephews are planning a gender reveal and she made sure to listen to them while also providing feedback on the best type of balloons and style. "I am so disappointed in your new party supplies. This background is a heavy hard paper that isn’t easy to put up because it comes in four pieces and the folds look so bad in the pictures. The “jumbo banner” is also horrible. It is too big and too heavy. What happened to the regular decorations you’ve always had. I really wish I wouldn’t have bought this."
