"We paid $143.00 for 2, all you can eat seafood. The lobster and shrimp was over cooked the crab legs dry and no taste. We ask for our money back but got response. It was like they didn't know what to do. I didn't know this tell afterwards, I would have Insisted on a refund!!!!!! The worst place to eat in AC. It's an Embarrassment"

"There’s a bar located in-front of the crab house in which whom the worker Betty (blonde) is unprofessional. My experience there was horrific, she was partaking in alcohol while on the job. Threatening me and short after leaving her stand in the bar to harass a couple nearby. She almost assaulted a young teen. This is unacceptable it makes the hard rock casino look horrible even though they aren't part of the same establishment, since it’s located right in front."

"Tried a losbster roll. It didnt look like lobster, it didnt taste like lobster. Very soggy and expensive ($30)."

"Visited 6/19/23 for the all u can eat seafood buffet and would not ever recommend this to anyone. Mushy lobster, crab legs so soft from over cooking i could barely open them, then they dip them im hot water to heat them up, the fried shrimp was dark brown, over cooked and the rest of the food was just as bad. They only care about making $$ and not quality of food. I even complained to whom i was directed to as being in charge. No help there. I did the seafood buffet near showboat last year it was amazing w unlimited selections and thought this was the same, ohhh no big mistake."

"The food selection was poor. The taste of the food was horrible. Every time I asked for fresh butter, crabs or lobster everything was served to me cold. They were completely out of crackers so we were not able to eat our crabs or lobster until someone else was finished with theirs. Definitely not work the $70. I would advise against anyone purchasing this food."
