"I canceled my order because of bad service and took too long to ship my product out , they couldn’t even tell me if they were in stock, I called them (3) times and on one call I got, even Amazon doesn’t ship out that fast. I sent an email , and got the same kind of bleak reply, then I replied canceled. Thy did refund my money fast which was good. Funny they said Amazon doesn’t ship that fast, that’s who I exactly ordered from and it was shipped the same day I placed it, and I’ll have it faster than they could even ship it, go figure. Who could be so busy they can’t ship thing out in stock faster than 3-5 days ? I agree , definitely need to learn the word customer service, it’s not their forte.
