"I needed a new dryer and Mark and Waldo made it easy from start to finish. I got a great dryer at a reasonable price and it was delivered the next day. The delivery was quick and efficient and exactly at the time quoted. Excellent service all around."

"By far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Bought a Friedrich wall air conditioner. It would not cool my home to a level below 76 degrees. Called immediately. Met with excuses, broken promises, attitude and lack of communication. Owner Mark refused a refund. Argued with me non stop. We disputed the bill and won. Even bringing his ac unit back to him was met with resistance and attitude. In the end he hid inside of his office when I returned it. He couldn’t handle that we won. Highly unprofessional and nasty business owner. Shame on you Mark. I feel bad for the people who work for you."

"Our two air conditioners had mold so we needed to replace them. I called Hy's Appliance and the staff were all very professional and incredibly friendly. They came over to inspect our AC slot size to ensure that the two new ACs would fit perfectly into the wall. They explained that our previous ACs never fit perfectly which led to air and water getting in and causing mold. Long story short: They quoted me a price with no hidden fees, set a delivery date, came on time, finished installing the two units ahead of schedule, showed me how to clean and maintain them, and safely removed two old moldy air conditioners and disposed of them properly. The people installing the air conditioners wore masks the whole tim. The service was excellent and at a great price. They paid close attention to detail and didn't waste any time throughout the whole process from my initial phone call all the way up to finishing the installation. I highly recommend them!"

"Take note, managers.. If I politely call to inquire if you have a freezer, don’t be smart and tell me I’m the 100th person to call on this, tell me that I’m wasting time then hang up on me. If you are not able to answer a high volume of calls during this pandemic, you are not equipped to be in the customer service. It’s not appreciated to be condescending. I’m glad I didn’t step foot into your store and you aren’t earning my business. I will buy all appliances elsewhere in my new house. I will be sure to tell my experience with local residents of your obnoxious attitude."

"I have never been to Hy's Appliance before. This afternoon while using my microwave warming some turkey perhaps a small piece of fat splattered and I thought shorted the whole unit. I called by chance and spoke with an honest and comforting Marc who helped me step by step to reset the microwave which worked. I so appreciate his help and honesty and when I need new appliances, this is where I will go. Thank you again Marc."
