"Diner experience was welcomed. Gilchrist keeps it SIMPLE, GREAT FOOD with GREAT SERVICE! Had to wait 30+ minutes but DEFINITELY worth the wait. Pancakes didn't weigh me down. But, most importantly from the time we put our name on the waiting list, seated and our orders were taken, each and every staff member greeted us with a SMILE! A FABULOUS way to START our day! A MUST-VISIT!! OH, I forgot I had the HUNGRY MAN SPECIAL!"

"Basic diner for breakfast or lunch. Nothing special. Patty Melts were tasty. Fries were average. Service was good and fast. Long wait time for seating on a Monday early afternoon so we opted to sit at the counter. The worst part is getting there on foot from the Tropicana casino floor. Up 2 escalators, across a walkway then down an elevator and through an adjacent hotel. It was a pain in the neck, quite a long walk and not worth the hassle."

"A true hidden gem! This "retro diner" style restaurant sits on the Chelsea side of the Tropicana. They feature breakfast and lunch options. The food was served quickly and was very tasty, (especially the pancakes!) Also, the employees worked together to ensures diners get great service. The prices are very reasonable as well. I definitely recommend this place. Will definitely be back!"
