"Got 4 winter tires and the price was ok . Not a great deal but fair. Took me right in, 5 minutes later my car was on the jacks. And it all went downhill from there... they never balanced my rear tires. Took it on highway amd immediately felt vibration. Called him right away and instead of the " come back and well look at it" i heard " dont start with the comlaint now, i know what im doing and the vibration is not my problem" Well i did drive back the next day amd as the vibration in my steering wheel got violent it just crossed my mind that i might not have all my lug nuts tight. As soon as i pulled in dude got defensive saying how hes sure they did balance all four wheels and just after i showed him the old weights still on my wheels he had his guys jack up the car. The moment my rear wheels were up in the air i kneeled down to my rear right tire and in front of his eyes showed him how much play the wheel has due to LUG NUTS NOT TIGHT!! Looking at the obvious,the so called professional had the audacity to say " its not the tire, my friend, the problem is behind the tire, the car is no good" . I felt blood rushing in my head, my heartbeat went around 200 and i just grabbed the airgun laying next to him and tightened the lugs myself... As a retired A1 i car certified technician and shop owner , i had regets writing bad review against small shop, but this, in my book is criminal negligence and i hope i can prevent a tragedy by writing this."
