"Joe was so nice and helpful! My uncle backed into my car and made a huge dent on my drivers side. The quote compared to other places were reasonable and affordable especially since we were paying out of pocket. I highly recommend going here for any collision needs! "This is the first and only review I have ever felt compelled to write because this place is THAT good. I have public parking where I live and my parked car has been hit and heavily damaged twice since I moved in. Heck’s has given me reasonable quotes compared to leading competitors in the area. He listened as I called multiple times with new questions. He heard my concerns and tried to work with me. The last hit resulted in a broken tail light, which he fixed and replaced for me on spot so I could continue driving my car until my appointment came. This place truly cares about the customer. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!"

"Joe Brown at Heck's is an honest mechanic who does excellent work. He is super responsive and cares about the job he does. He worked with my insurance after someone slammed into the side of my car and fixed the body and the alignment of the vehicle perfectly. You can't get much better than that!"
