"25 min waiting inside...not once did anyone took my order,told me inside was close after 25 min of me standing there!!! Went to drive Thur and waited another 20 min in the parking spot for th to bring my food out....then on top of that food was over cook chicken is hard fries arw nasty,ask them to redo it and they said I'll have to wait! Worst kfc place ever!!!"

"Order Spicy Famous Bowl had to wait 7 mins extra to prepare the chicken after waiting checked the meal. Totally unsatisfied looks like they prep it for child’s meal! Plus never took into consideration order Spicy bowl. They had to return to my car w Hot sauce in added container w small mash potato’s since they told me they had ran out making my order. So after 7-10 mins later they still had to return 3x w products they failed to give me for my order. Completely unorganized organization. Save your money go elsewhere"

"I asked for original, they offered me crunchy so I took it. I opened the box and it was extremely old over cooked chicken. They forgot my side of coleslaw and they always have me pull up and wait. I don't mind waiting for my order as long as it's right!! This has happened 3 times to me so far. I was trying to be fair but this is just ridiculous."

"Always check your food before leaving. Depending on which manager is here, they will give you old cold refried wing dings mixed with whole wings (NOT WHAT I ORDERED) that are overly greasy with the skin falling off and cold hard fries. I was two blocks away before I found out. I came back to get them to do it over, and all they did was refry the same old fries I handed back. I broke one just to show how old they are. I'm not going back yet again to get them to fix it. Figure out who was in charge December 22, 2022, around 8:15pm and avoid when those people are there."

"Stopped in to get the 5 piece chicken tender special. The staff was very friendly and courteous. There was an employee named Jerome that actually said hello to me and asked If I was a customer of KFC. Jerome was the reason I stopped in because I was walking by to the bus stop. Jerome then started talking about the specials KFC has and he was actually working in the rain cleaning up around the building. I only had $5 on me and the 5 piece chicken tender special was $6.30. I was surprised when Jerome went into his wallet and gave me $2. I didn't want to take his money, but he said pass it on to the next person. I asked what did he mean and Jerome told me since he helped me, that I help someone else when I can. I've never had anyone do something like this for me. I'm still in shock over it because I was going to McDonald's for $1 menu. I've been craving KFC and He made my day. I was in a grumpy mood and he changed everything. What a nice thing he did after I just lost $10 on the bus and then this happens. Thank You Jerome from KFC in Vineland, NJ 083600"
