"Ordered the burrito bowl. The rice was hard and inedible. The portion was small especially for the price. Would not recommend to a friend and can't myself going back."

"On Friday 12/29/23 me and my friends went Into the store around 6:30 7 and it was a complete mess. The tables all had food on it so we had to clean our own table off. We ordered a steak and chicken burrito and both meats were cold. The steak was very chewy and the chicken was cold and dried out. Needles to say i wont be coming back to this establishment."

"Im dissatisfied i just spent $17.43 on a burrito emphasis on burrito. Very Overpriced food and the service sucked. The food portion was distasteful. I got 3 scoops of rice and a teaspoon of chicken. Chinese chicken wings and fried rice doesnt even cost that much and is way more filling than this overpriced burrito. Chipotle lost a customer today with my awful experience."

"Filthy when you walk in every table was dirty. Watching customers clean their own table with napkins is an awful way to run a business. The volume was not busy and I noticed some employees walk right past the dirty tables. You can't help but wonder how the back half of the restaurant is run after seeing the front half."

"I was looking forward to having some delicious guacamole with chips….. I guess that wasn’t happening. Very disappointed. Either the guacamole was I don’t know how many days old or it not sealed properly during refrigeration. Also not to mention there were two pieces of chicken in the queso dip I got (not pictured). I’m not a vegetarian but the possible cross contamination from these food items is unsafe and off putting. Although I’ve enjoyed Chipotle since it first opened, I refuse to waste any more money on this establishment."
