"I recently visited the Wendy's drive-through on August 15th at 6:15 PM, and I must say, the experience left me utterly disappointed. The encounter with an employee, a Caucasian woman with tattoos, was far from what I've come to expect from a brand like Wendy's. From the moment I approached the window, her attitude was nothing short of rude and unprofessional. To my disbelief, she engaged in a heated argument with me, all within full view of other customers. It was truly disheartening to witness such behavior from a supposed service professional. As if that wasn't enough, her inability to accurately process my order led to unnecessary confusion. She even went as far as questioning whether she was addressing a customer or speaking to herself, adding to the overall discomfort of the situation. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Wendy's commitment to customer satisfaction. I've always held Wendy's in high regard, but this encounter has certainly shattered that perception. As a loyal customer, I anticipated a much higher standard of service and professionalism. It is my hope that Wendy's addresses this matter promptly and takes measures to prevent such distressing incidents in the future. In conclusion, my recent visit to Wendy's drive-through was a disappointing and disheartening experience, tarnishing the brand's reputation in my eyes. I look forward to seeing improvements, but I don't have high hopes for this location as they always have had issues with attitudes."

"The workers are very nice and go out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience. I ordered my food and immediately got it within literally 2 seconds as well as my friends. I will definitely be coming back. The manager was very nice as well and it looks like a great working environment."

"2 times I went here and was completely disappointed. The first time they forgot my large fry and all the doors were locked so I had to wait in line all over again JUST to get a fry and they were RUDE about it. The second time I posted pictures. These are my so called "crispy chicken sandwiches". No mayo at all. Fries were UNDERCOOKED. and all my lemonades I had to mix up myself. I will never be going here again thank you very much and I warn anybody about going here."
