"At around 1330 on Sunday, 7 May, 2023 I ordered my chocolate slim-n-trim. They informed me that they were out of bananas but could substitute peanut butter. When I got my smoothie it was weak and tasteless. I returned it immediately and was told it was because of the missing bananas and said they couldn't give me a refund. They gave me a strawberry slim-n-trim, which doesn't require bananas with the same result. I'll try it again next weekend as they're usually very good, but they were very disappointing that day. 4/5 Stars."

"The two young gentlemen that were working behind the counter this afternoon (14 June 2022) were having a conversation when I walked up. When I got the attention of one of them, he promptly and rudely told me they were closed. This was 30min prior to the posted closing time. I will not be returning to this location for a long time."

"The best blendologists this side of the Mississippi! I’ve been coming here for the last month or so on and off and everytime I come they blend it up perfectly. Always nice and smiling faces (even under the masks you can see) when I come by. The only critique I have is that they close early but I know that’s out of their control and it’s the mini mall who decides on these hours. If they could stay open past 5 till maybe 530-6ish it would be amazing for those of us who don’t get off until after the national anthem plays and want a refreshing smoothie before heading home for the day."

"Smoothie I usually get didn't taste right.. it was disgusting... long story short, called back and the manager was like yeah just come in we'll take care of it. I was at work, so I came after and she's like where is the smoothie, you have to bring it in in order for us to replace it. A joke... maybe you should tell people that on the phone instead of alluding to the fact that you'd replace it with no problem."
