"Josh was attentive and helpful. Pep Boys Berlin did the complimentary inspection service, gave me the results, but did not try to push additional service work on me, which I appreciated. The service I requested was performed quicker than I expected and the final bill was exactly as quoted. All in all, what more can you ask for? I have been using Pep Boys for many years with several different vehicles and I have always received good service and fair pricing from Pep Boys Berlin."

"The service was exceptional. I needed new tires and a wheel alignment. Unfortunately, the Stradford location could not do the wheel alignment because the machine was broken. However, they called the Berlin location and scheduled for me to go right over there after. Both locations customer service was outstanding. "Worst experience I’ve ever had. Brian the manager literally was arguing with me and calling me a liar. He tells me he’s quaking in his boots when I told him I’d be contact corporate and possibly posting on social media. This man should be fired. I bought a set of tires, was very specific with my issues of a couple leaking wheels. My concern was not addressed and resulted in 4 trips to back to pepboys, 12 hours of my time and wasted gas. They over torqued my wheels 4 times which had warped my brake rotors. They are not using a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts. Stay away from them. I’ve contacted corporate twice now and filed my ‘case” and have heard nothing. Corporate doesn’t even care."

"I took my truck in for shocks which were quickly replaced. The tech, Dan, noticed a coolant leak which he repaired and sent me on my way. Very happy with the service and especially this young man."

"90 minutes for just an oil change. Made clear when I made the appointment online (and confirmed when I arrived in the store) that I would be waiting with the vehicle, but no priority was given for what should’ve been a 20-30 minute job. Recommended an additional $100 to change the air and cabin filters that were “dirty”. I am confident that they did not check the cabin filter as that would require disassembling the glove compartment. $20 in filters and 10 minutes of my own time would take care of both. Only took my car here because I couldn’t get my oil filter off myself and because of a 30% off coupon they had, but the oil change was still overpriced at nearly $80. I’ll be saving $30 AND an hour of my time doing it myself next time. If needed, will stick to local mechanics in the future for any work I can’t do myself."
