"There were NO employees at the registers/kiosk to take your order. It was necessary for us to enter our orders with no assistance and then asked us if we wanted to add a “tip”. Should we tip ourselves for completing the order process? We then received a notification that our food was ready for pick up. I walked to the back counter and asked for my order and was told it wasn’t ready yet. I am not complaining about the wait time. Just the fact that I received an incorrect notification. There were no clean tables for seating. Just dirty tables. Providing feedback so that the owner of this franchise can make improvements."

"I I am a frequent customer of this place. I have no complaints about the food. The food is good. My only problem in this place is a woman who really has a terrible attitude. She does everything in a bad way and curses. I don't know why her service is bad. He does it in such a way but if you ask him for something he gets angry I think it's not fair if you pay for what you consume"

"I don’t come here often only after my long 12 hr shifts when I’m too tired to cook. The past two times the general manager was the person that rang me up. She is outstanding. She always greats with such warmth, she’s always so helpful. It’s just so nice and refreshing to end the day with someone who you can tell genuinely takes pride in what she does. It’s little things like this that make me want to purposely come back here even on a day when I can cook. Thank you for your great example of excellent customer service."

"The food was okay and the cashier was helpful. I am giving this Panera one star solely because of the experience I had with who I am assuming is the manager. When I went to go pick up my food at the counter, the manager was reaching over my food. His armpit was right over my sandwich so I told him “Wait, you’re reaching over my food.” He denied it even though I was right there as he did it. He did not apologize. I’m concerned that he doesn’t see an issue with reaching over people’s food. That is undoubtedly a sanitary issue. I will not be returning."

"The bakery is clean. However, I only saw 1 kiosk that was working and a long line started to form as people were waiting to place their orders. I ordered a you pick 2. The baguette side order was very small portion wise. The sandwich was small in comparison to other locations as well. The wait time for my order was also longer than usual compared to other locations."
