"Sorry because I love Dunkin but the jelly donut had like a teaspoon of jelly. The service inside is slower than Continental drift. No sense of urgency. I miss OG Dunkin Donuts."

"This is the worst dunkin I have ever seen. It’s such a great location that needs new management ASAP. 3 times I had to skip breakfast waiting in their drive thru. The times I did get to order they messed up. The drinks taste weird, like no Dunkin drinks I’ve had before. Stay away from this location. I tried this spot so many times at different times and it’s always the same. I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. Who is held accountable at this place? The quality of the staff, should send red flags when it comes to food quality."

"We’ll just want to say I have had so many bad experiences with this store. They never can get the food correct. They also can not get drink’s correct. How hard is it to read off a screen on what was ordered. How do you repeat the order back to the customer and still mess up. They’ve messed up orders from simple bagel with butter to sandwiches. Even the doughnut choices they are able to mess up. Great location but not a great place. I rather go out of my way then go back to this store."

"Descent store and pretty fast. However my drink was spilling the entire time. The drink did taste good so I can’t knock that but again my car was soaked."

"Extremely long wait. Over 14 mins. I just ordered a black coffee. Guy came outside to take the garbage out, I asked him what's going on, and he said staff issues. He then ran inside to help, and then the line started to flow. I got to the last window and asked the girl if they were short staffed. She then told me no. Just staff issues with themselves. FYI, DnD, I was already behind schedule."
