"Had an awful experience at this store today. I had gotten $100 worth of things and as I approached the counter, the lady there just stared at me and I was never greeted. I said “Hello” but never got a response. She scanned my items and began shoving them in 1 paper bag. Since there were a lot of items, I requested if we can get another bag and she rudely responded that only one bag is provided per checkout. We had gotten a metal shower caddy and she began shoving that in that bag and while she was doing it, the bag was ripping from the bottom. I asked if I buy the remaining items in half an hour will I get another bag for them and never got a response, she just stared at me. All the items were scanned and I had paid for my things and the associate just placed the receipt on the counter while my hand was out to grab it from her. The other customers there were being greeted and thanked as they were leaving but I never got the same treatment. I had told her this and she turned to the other customers and disrespectfully stated that “They’re upset because I can’t give them another bag,” while I was respectful the entire time. If management sees this by some miracle, please handpick your staff appropriately and charge for additional bags if you do not allow them to be handed out freely."
