"I wrote a review a couple of days ago stating this was not a great company. I MADE A MISTAKE. There are two companies with the same name….one in MA and one in New Jersey. I put the horrible review on the wrong company! Believe me, I’m very upset and hope this review wipes out the other one. Even after the bad review, this owner called and said if I couldn’t get hold of the other company, he would try and help me. THIS IS A REALLY HONEST COMPANY."

"Please stay away from this company. They have had to replace the vacuum unit in my home twice and had to come out for service calls three times. The last time they took the unit, because it contained water and wouldn’t work….even after they were the ones who moved the location to avoid any problems. As it was still under warranty, Peter said they would be back to try and solve the problem and would bring in someone to help. That was three weeks ago. Since then I have called him many times, left numerous messages, sent emails, text messages, messengered his wife and son, and still have not heard from him. Since they have no office phone number, the only way to contact them is through one of Peter’s many numbers, which he doesn’t answer. I even tried their numbers in New Jersey…same thing. Needless to say I’m really upset, as I thought Peter was an honest business man, who I really liked. Guess I’m the bigger fool. Please go with a reputable firm that has an infrastructure and a staff to help resolve problems or at least communicate with customers. BUYER BEWARE…..Please pass on the company."
