"Drove here to get the Primatine mist inhaler which is over the counter. Came way before closing. Asked manager to please get it for me I got the feeling she got a kick out of telling me no as the pharmacy door was locked. Even offered to reach over the counter with my hand and grab it it was close. She smiled and told me no so happy having fun trolling me. Bet if I was black she would have helped me lolz!"

"I sat in a he drive through for 45 minutes. The car in front of me for 30 of them. If there is an issue do you have the other people wait or do you have the person with the issue come in? It was a waste of my time. I will be changing my pharmacy and will be telling my patients about hat they should not use this pharmacy either. Poor service miserable staff."

"This pharmacy needs to figure it out. I scheduled an appointment a day in advance for a vaccine I need for work. I arrive to the pharmacy and let them know I was here for a vaccine appointment and they proceed to tell me they ran out of that vaccine yesterday. Now if they knew in advance they ran out of the vaccine, why didn’t they pick up the phone and call me to let me know or simply just cancel my appointment? I drove 25 minutes to get to this appointment and was completely disregarded and my time was not respected. Avoid this place, very unorganized."

"I have shopped at this location for years. More importantly, I have my prescriptions filled there for two reasons. Those two reasons? Amy and Gary, the two pharmacists that have unfailingly assisted my entire family above and beyond all these years. They are consummate professionals, and compassionate, caring individuals who truly demonstrate empathy and understanding coupled with an incredible wealth of knowledge in their areas of expertise. They inspire trust, so critical in a pharmacist/customer relationship, and that rare quality is why I am so loyal to that location. I have known Amy, who we all just adore, for many more years longer than Gary, but he deserves the same accolades because I can see he has emulated her in his attitude towards both the job and his customers. She has indeed set an example all pharmacists should follow! Thankfully Gary certainly has! He is a terrific human being as well! Walgreens, be advised: You have two TREASURES in those two professionals, and I sincerely hope that is recognized, because should you lose them, you will lose a great many customers, starting with but not ending with my own family!"
