"I ordered a few times online for a pick up and so far there was something that wasn’t correct with all of them: wrong beans, wrong rice choice, missed corn salsa, non existent shredded lettuce, rice ball that came as a “deconstructed” mess (don’t advertise rice ball if you are going to place it flat and layer it in a take out container!!!). I’m honestly not sure if I’m going to give them an other try just to receive something that I didn’t order…"

"We took out a burrito and a bowl. Both with chicken. The chicken was almost nonexistent as was the shredded lettuce. Eating both the burrito and the bowl was like eating a portion of MUSH. I would not order from this restaurant ever again. A waste of money. Definitely not enjoyable!!! BTW we eat Mexican food often in other places"

"It’s my favorite place to get lunch in the area. I always order online and my order is ready and waiting for me every time. The food is good and there are a lot of good options and would be suitable for a variety of dietary restrictions. My favorite is the fried cauliflower. I definitely recommend!"

"We visited this place for the first time and ordered curly fries loaded with veges. We liked it. Reasonable indoor space to sit. Few options to sit out. Ample parking and will try few other things in the future."

"The food was great, but the customer service is atrocious. Even with a manager there, everything seemed to be clustered. It may have been a hiccup for today, but you can tell the workers there had terrible training. They didn’t really understand the assembly line concept, no one truly knew how to work the POS(point of sale computer) or fully knew the menu. I was charged incorrectly, but I just wanted to leave because there was already people complaining before me. The franchise(food) is good, but this one is just poorly ran."
