Shake Shack

"This location is HORRIBLE! I waited for my food for 20 minutes, people that I ordered before, went ahead of me. And then a man asked for his order and they made it on the spot! I politely asked for my order and the manager (I’m assuming) looked at my ticket and told me to keep waiting. After waiting longer and seeing people who went ahead of me be called, I asked for a refund. He rudely agreed and had an attitude while doing it. I would not suggest going here if you want good service!!! The rest stop is busy and they’re obviously underemployed, but the service was the worst part. I wouldn’t have mind waiting if the “manager” was polite!"

"Stopped by for lunch at the Molly Pitcher service station. Was super excited to have the Shake Shack here. Easy and fast ordering. The store counter was clean. Self-serving condominium area was fully stocked and clean as well. Staff were friendly, waited patiently for our order. Our meal was ready in few minutes. All the items had trademark Shake Shack taste. Delicious shake shack burger. Hot dog was yummy. Fries were good as usual."

"I asked the server for two eggs. No cheese, no bread. Just two eggs and a coffee... That is what I got. But when I realized what she charged $12.85 I felt that was way too much. When I asked her why so much she said that is two sandwiches and a coffee. I said but I didn't get two sandwiches. I only wanted two eggs, her response. . Well that's just the way it has to be run up... So I talked with a manager. He apologized numerous times. Credited me back, $5 and apologized although it took quite some time to get all that done and when you're on a road trip that's not convenient. They did make it right and the eggs were tasty. The coffee not so much."

"I paid $19.13 for breakfast sandwich tots and orange juice breakfast should be cheap meal to experience not worth it better going in town not rest stop"

"Horrible service, I should’ve known something was up when you go in and Chick-fil-A has a line out the door and there’s absolutely no one in the line for shake shack. Fries were cold and hardly got any in The container ( half full). Burgers were just gross, this is not your typical Shake shack."
