"Went with my husband and son, brought back memories from when our little family began 27 years ago and we would take mini trips to find this delicious chicken. Same taste and smell, friendly and clean. Spending the weekend with my son and husband made it more special, we don’t get to see our son that much because he’s in the military. Love this place!"

"Last of the few remaining Roy Roger's fast food restaurants in New Jersey. Located on the NJ Turnpike, this location excels in preparing quality menu items...especially breakfast. They still serve the famous Sourdough Breakfast sandwich and potato wedges. I am always satisfied with their hot coffee and breakfast as my wake up tradition when traveling the NJ Turnpike! Staff is courteous and customer-service focused...even for special orders. Lines can be a bit long at peak travel times and vacation season, but the food is certainly worth the wait!"

"Nasty and Expensive. I'm a Truck driver, I stop here often but I try to avoid fast food whenever possible, sometimes I just want some fried chicken or burgers. I stopped today and ordered a three pieces of chicken plus fries and small fountain drink. There's no combo meal options, you have to buy them separately. There is no tray to place your stuff so you have to figure out how to carry all your food, everything for almost 16 dollars, I know is the turnpike and the prices can go higher but I expect some decency and good quality food but no, the people serving you barely understand English, I speak Spanish so no problem for me but I witnessed some mistakes towards other customers and they don't have the best attitude either. Anyway I don't care as soon as I get my food which was just nope: average fries no complain, fountain drink ok so no complain but the chicken was soaking on grease and the taste was just no, I can't even explain... Totally mediocre. Never again. 16$ lesson for me."
