"I went to them to confirm if I needed a new battery or not after going to Valvoline and them telling me I did and that it was melt. Pepboys did a FREE test and looked at it for me. I asked if they saw anything melting, they said no. And then they gave me the test result on a receipt that says my battery was perfectly fine. And it should be, it’s only 2 years old. So I thank these guys for making it quick and easy and being HONEST first and foremost."

I receive real value for my money there and most importantly, they treat me like I’m their number one customer. Nowadays, it seems like customer service is a lost art. You’ll find it at Pep Boys! My 1998 Honda Accord with 215K miles on the odometer would not still be on the road without Pep Boys, their amazing mechanics and Tony and Vanessa. Update: My 1998 Accord met its unfortunate demise when I totaled it on a slippery road. The car was mechanically sound up to the accident thanks to the fine professionals at Pep Boys. I just purchased a replacement vehicle, a 2014 Subaru Impreza, which Pep Boys gave a thorough inspection at no charge. I am now confident I have a reliable vehicle that will last for many, many years thanks to Pep Boy's service and maintenance."
