"it was in the parking lot. My family and I came for coffee. There were a lot of cars in the parking lot of the cafe. but after making one circle around the parking lot, we saw a car driving away. they wanted to park, but a young man came up and said that he was waiting for this place and insistently asked to look for another place. We explained to him that we just need to pick up coffee, it won’t take much time. but he did not meet us halfway. when we went inside we saw him, he turned out to be the barista's shift leader. We humorously said that we might be entitled to a discount, but in response he “hissed” something through his teeth. zero customer focus. negative impression."

"This place is getting a second bad review, again for being short staffed, mismanaged, and disregarding of the ingredients on mobile orders. Starbucks needs to start over with these employees and put better management here."

"Place looks great. Stores clean and tidy. Huge issue theres grinds in the bottom on my Pike Place Roast. Guys cmon dude its a month away from 2024 and we need ways to pour coffee and not have Globs and Chunks in my brew. 3.80$ later you wont see my fat rear end for years. This is a heavy reminder to never Leave Dunkin Dohnuts again. Yet you dont even see this crud in Bagel Boy coffee. Total nonsense... I hope the owner sees this."

"Poor customer service. Calvin here told me that whip cream is not free on my iced caramel coffee and when told by the cashier that I paid for it did not even apologized. Terrible experience. I will still buy my coffee but not from this location."
